Do you have Happy Hour?
Yes we have Happy Hour on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday from 4pm – 6pm, Friday from 4pm – 6pm and 10pm – 12am and on Saturday from 10pm – 12am.
What is your dress code?
No need to dress up! Casual dress is fine. Please be mindful of offensive graphics. Of course, no shoes, no shirt, no service.
Do I need a reservation?
While you are free to just come by, we recommend calling ahead for a reservation to ensure you get are able to be seated in a timely manner. Reservations are accepted by phone only after 3pm.
- About reservations, please do not leave your reservation on the answering machine.
Do you take credit cards?
Yes. We take Mastercard, Visa, Discover and American Express.
Are you dog friendly?
Yes. Service dogs are welcome in all seating areas in accordance with ADA guidelines and well-behaved dogs are always welcome in Patio Seating when it is open during Patio Season. For more information regarding service pets, click here.
Do you have a room for private parties?
Yes. Cloud 9 Wine Bar & Restaurant has a private room that can comfortably accommodate up to 30 guests. We offer our standard menu as well as custom options and pricing. It is first come, first served and requires a reservation. Please call us directly for more information 814-870-9007.
What is your BYOB Fee?
Cloud 9 Wine Bar & Restaurant has a $20 per bottle wine fee, and a $2 per person cake/dessert fee. No outside open food or open drinks are allowed on the premises.
Do you offer catering?
At this time, we do not offer off-site catering.
Do you offer drinks to go?
At this time, we do not offer drinks to go. However, you are welcome to come on in and have a drink at the bar! We’d love to see your smiling face.
Can’t drink your entire bottle of wine? We can re-cork it to go!
Do you have free wi-fi?
Yes. We also have device plug in available at the bar. No charge, of course.
Credit Card Pre-Authorization & Cancellation Policy
For large parties and limited seating events, Cloud 9 Wine Bar & Restaurant requires a credit card to hold your table. In the event that you need to cancel your reservation, we request that you cancel at least 48 hours before your reservation time. This gives us the opportunity to offer your table to other diners. Cancellations must be made by phone after 3pm. If you cancel with less than 48 hours’ notice, we reserve the right to charge your credit card in the amount of $25 per person.
All discounts, including Happy Hour, apply only to dine-in patrons.
Minors/Under 21 Age:
Minors are permitted in the dining room and outdoor patio. However, bar seating is reserved for guest over 21 years of age.
Public Restroom Access
Our Restrooms are reserved for patrons only.
Although there is a parking garage attached to the restaurant, Cloud 9 Wine Bar & Restaurant does not validate parking for garage or street parking.
Do you offer Sunday Brunch?
We are not currently offering our Sunday Brunch. Please follow us on social media for future changes regarding brunch.
